"I very much enjoyed my state at Hotel Palace. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I unfortunately do not have good Spanish speaking ability, but luckily the staff all spoke perfect English and were able to help me not only with questions related to my stay at the hotel, but outside the hotel as well. I was very satisfied with my experience and when I come back to Guayaquil I will definitely be staying at Hotel Palace again."
