Guarantee and cancellation policies
- Reservations will be kept until 2 p.m. on the day the guest is set to arrive. If reservations haven’t been confirmed with a credit card, they automatically be cancelled. This does not guarantee early registration the next day.

- To cancel a reservation, please do so with 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
- Late cancellation fee will be equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay plus applicable taxes.
- If the hotel is overbooked or another circumstance prevents us from giving you your room, we will search a room for you in a similar hotel and take care of transportation.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation when the guest is involved in inappropriate or illegal activities.
